[JAVA3D] complex issue loading two obj files

Hi all,
I have a strange problem.
I have a single obj file which respresents two objects. When i load that it works fine.
Now i have to show each object seperately. what i did is i split the obj file into two 
and loaded them. it loads them fine. 
but the problem here is it displays both the obj files on the centre of the screen. I 
wish to place them in a relative distance, similar to, when they were in the same obj 
file. does somebody know how to deal with this situation?
