you need to set your classpath to include Java3D .jar libraries. Try
something like:

set
classpath=.;c:dev\jdk1.3\jre\lib\ext\j3daudio.jar;c:dev\jdk1.3\jre\lib\ext\j3dcore.jar;c:dev\jdk1.3\jre\lib\ext\j3dutils.jar;;

Assuming java3D is installed in c:\dev\jdk1.3
