It depends on how you have set up the loader to load files. If you have
said that you don't want to load behaviours, then all runtime systems
are disabled, which would mean no animated textures. There are also some
issues with JMF decoding and how it interacts with J3D texturing. We're
not really sure what is going on and haven't had a chance to look at it
for months as other things have been far higher priority for us to deal
with.
