A few weeks ago I subclass the javax.vecmath package
and put set/get methods for x,y & z fields. This allow
the new package to be XML encode/decoded using
java.beans.XMLEncoder/XMLDecoder.
I guess you can do the same for some classes, as
BranchGroup, TransformGroup, Shape3D, etc
