Check at NVidia site if you are using the latest video drivers. I guess the last releases supports Quadro FX boards (rel. 53.28 and higher).
My Debian disto doesnot work properly with ForceWare 61.06, but I guess this was not a drivers fault. I just swicth back to 53.36, and everything runs fine again.
