Solved !
This bug was happening due a incorrect video driver install. There are 2
possible workarounds:
 a) set a enviroment variable to disable NVidia ELS TLS feature:
  export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.3.98

OR

 b) install proper Debian drivers for the latest NVidia drivers with a bug fix
for TLS.

I try both, but the last one is real solution, not a cheat. Everything works
fine now.

Linux Debian kernel 2.4.22
J2SDK 1.5.0 Beta2
Java3D 1.3.2 build4
NVidia driver 61.11 IA32
