If you run the application from Windows, you only have to run the bat file; but for Linux users, it will be necessary to run from the command line the Controller.class file. Besides, you will have to use the jgraph .jar. Also on Linux, you will need to read the documentation by searching the appropiate pdf file, as Acrobat Reader won´t launch from the help menu.
