Hi fellow Java3D addicts,
I am currently working on a feasibility study
for a project.
One of the ideas I am working on is mixing my
own Java 3D code with data originating from various sources (GIS
style).
I would use VRML data (no problem there) but as
well DXF data and probably a lot of other GIS formats.
I could of course convert DXF, etc into VRML but
I would so loose a lot of the original native standard information.
What are the available (free to use/sun
endorsed) loaders?
a search on the web was mostly unsuccessful as
the "key" site :Java3D loader archive in URL
/~matt/3dloaders/3dloader.htm failed to succeed.
Thanks for any help or pointers to the
information I am looking for.
