I recently created a scene using the JDK 1.2 and the 3D API
1.1.1... in it I created archs...used texture mapping...used the 3D
the audio..and did some lighting type stuff... all this worked
perfectly on my Win98 Developement box. When I tried to run it on
a Win95 box (same CPU speed..same amount of memory) I got a windows
"illegal operation error" and my program would terminate. I ran
this on a different Win95 box with the same results. As a check I
tried a second Win98 box with perfect results. I'm stumped as I
recieved no runtime error in the DOS window I ran the program
from...and the windows error lead me to believe it may have been a
memory thing. The only obvious point is that it is linked to
Win95. Has anyone else experienced this?
