I'm using Diamond Viper 550. It has a TNT chip. Works fine under OpenGL and DirectX.

i use and can recommend the ASUS AGP V3800 deluxe, it has the TNT2 Ultra chip with both openGL and D3D support and has a video in and out connector and is delivered with 3D Shutter glasses. It is a fast §D graphic card with the possiblity to connect your PC-output  to a TV and can encode PAL Video-signals in PAL quality ( ~ 700x500 pixel ) in realtime. There is now also a hardware accelerated X-server from nVidia which enables to develop OpenGL applications with hardware support on Linux.
