Hello,
I have a problem where I must be able to change the location of points
within a shape at runtime. Rendering the whole object as points isn't
sufficient. I must be able to pick a single point, and be able to retrieve
and change its x,y,z location independent of other points. This is within a
Shape3D having about 1000 points.
I've tried creating each point as an separate Shape3D with a geometry of a
single point, but it quickly consumed too much memory. Has anybody had any
experience manipulating single points within the geometry? or can anyone
offer any tips as to how this might be achieved efficiently?
Cheers,
B.
