I have been trying unsuccessfully to get myself removed from this list. There are two problems: I changed my mail address, and there are no humans to take care of problems with this list. I cannot reconstruct my old address (I am not even sure of the entire path for that address). If I do try to get off through the recommended way, I get an automated message that says I'm not on the list so they can't take me off. Using help, gives you unconstructive advice that when you try it, it doesn't work. So if there any actual humans at sun, I would like to get in contact with one so they can remove me from the list. I am really disappointed with the quality of the response at sun. I think you should try to fix this awful problem. In case there is a human there, my old address was [EMAIL PROTECTED] My new address is [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] I have so much mail now I can't get it downloaded before my modem gives up.
