Job Location:- New Delhi Job description:- The incumbent will be augmenting our technology collaboration teams for clients like Canon, Toshiba and Konica Minolta etc. and will be required to participate as a senior team member in all phases of S/W lifecycle, including the analysis, design and implementation of S/W systems. You will be involved in design of module architecture, code walk -through and monitoring the progress of modules. You would also act as coach and mentor for team members. You will also be required to keep compliance with Newgen Quality Systems and procedures. Desired Profile:- The candidate should be M.C.A/B.E/ BTech (any stream) with 2 - 4 years of experience in Java either with oracle or SQL. You are required to have an in-depth knowledge of any one or more business domain areas like banking, financial Institutions, telecom, BPO's, Insurance, manufacturing and healthcare etc. You should have worked in all the phases of SDLC and should have hands on experience with CMM and / or ISO and best practices in the industry. You should also possess mentoring and coaching skills to ensure effective growth plans of development team members. The candidate having experience or knowledge on JSF is preferred.
