je viens de faire le test avec un tomcat 4.1.12, et c'est ok !
dans conf/server.xml (cf grep � la fin)
j'ai fait une appli toto.war (qui doit �tre extraite avant le d�marrage
de tomcat), contenant un index.html (et index.jsp)
Voila la trace de mes manip pour info
