Experience in working with and understanding the TCA. e. Ability to setup and maintain territories using Territory Manager within Service. 1. Experience in Order Management and Inventory for crm-related integrations are needed for full process-support. 2. Understand and analyze the Business Requirements and assist customers in mapping/gapping their business needs to Oracle and walking them through Conference Room Pilot (CRP). 3. Prepare relevant documents for functional design and technical design. 4. Possess necessary expertise and knowledge to be able to advise customers on best practices according to industry standards, and how to put those best practices in place. *Skill Requirements* * * Government Oracle experience in: 1. Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) implementing Oracle Core HRMS 1. Develop application design and architecture components 2. Develop process and functional/technical design documents 3. Coding, testing of the technical components to meet the functional requirements 4. Developing the user test plans and conducting the application build, test, and deploy activities 5. Planning and executing data conversion activities 6. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle 7. Excellent communication skills 1. Technology evaluation and research skills.
