Architect/ Team Lead
*Experience:* Between 6 to 9 years of software development of EAI tools
specific to Oracle or BEA platform
*Worked on:* WebLogic Integration 8.1, AquaLogic Service Bus, AquaLogic Data
Services Platform, Oracle ESB, Oracle SOA Suite.
*Must have SOA UML skills*
*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:***
We need a hands-on Architect to establish the integration roadmap using SOA
suite/ BEA aqua logic for a Hosted model . Have worked on onsite-offshore
delivery model , get the work executed from offshore, guide offshore team to
implement the approach, trouble shoot the issues and come up with alternate
plan, review the deliverables from offshore team etc. An ideal candidate
could be 7-10 years of experience on middleware technologies and atleast 2-3
years on Oracle or Aqualogic
*RESPONSIBILITIES:***
Communication / Interface with customers on Project requirements
Ability to create Technical architecture for the Project
Conducting technical interviews for new hires
Must have SOA and UML Skills.
Conduct design/Code review
Continuously upgrade product technical skills (Web methods, IBM websphere
etc)
Coaching and mentoring the other members of the team (team size
(approx 10-11)
