Would be mentor on the microstrategy tool. “God’s gift to microstrategy” Would consider someone with 5+ years experience ideally. *Position Overview* The Sr. Programmer Analyst works as part of a team Skills & Exp responsible for new application development and/or improving existing applications to meet the changing needs of our business. Specific assignments may include application design and development, coding for enhancements and fixes, testing, maintenance and support. This role will work directly with the new Enterprise Data Warehouse and should have documented experience working on BI projects utilizing data warehouse/datamart environments. This role will work directly with IT staff, as well as interfacing with power users within the business to help address their dashboarding and reporting needs. *Hiring Criteria:* Advanced knowledge of application design principles, systems development and analysis Previous experience with end-to-end development of Microstrategy dashboards Documented experience with wireframing and dashboard development *Documented experience with report distribution methodologies *5+ years of experience in microStrategy dashboard & reporting development Understanding of data modeling and data modeling concepts specific to Microstrategy Prior experience using a structured methodology (ie. RUP) Strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand Ability to work directly with business clients and demonstrated customer focus. The ability to create a positive and professional business relationships with clients *Technical Skills (Required): * Advanced knowledge of MicroStrategy and Actuate documented experience with MicroStrategy v8.1.x (5+ yrs) documented experience with Actuate v9.x (5+ yrs) Advanced knowledge of ORACLE and PL/SQL documented experience with Oracle 10g documented experience with PL/SQL(5+ yrs) -- Thanks and Regards, Prabhu K.
