I don't think flash will run on Android, but I am not absolutely sure of this. Just like on the iPhone, there is a special version of YouTube that runs without flash.
T-Mobile has talked the talk that they aren't going to lock the phone down (ie. you will be able to tether it, and use it as a modem). Hopefully they will walk the walk. As far as tethering the phone, the unlimited data plan is actually limited to 1GB (after which your service will degrade significantly). That is the agreement from T- Mobile, but again, we will have to wait and see if they actually follow through and degrade the service. I am looking forward to getting one of these mini computers as soon as I can. I would like to wait for more compelling hardware (which will surely be coming), but likely will rush out on day one, and buy this phone. I have been waiting for it for a while.
