Fredric, I actually like the hovering toolbox thing on your site.  I
think it was very nicely done.  The problem with right-click is that
you have to *know* to right click and more importantly *know where* to
right-click.  That should only be used for "extra" functionality that
a regular user doesn't need to access.  Fundamental actions should be
handled as buttons or links - or as a very nicely done hovering
toolbox as you have done on your site.  Great work.

I wouldn't worry too much about folks having to "learn" this new
metaphor, because it is really quite simple and easy to figure out.
It just works.
