Many of the common open source Java libraries have been ported to C#, including Hibernate (NHibernate) and Cruise Control (simply Cruise Control.Net). There's obviously NAnt, NUnit and things like that too. Other popular ones that are not a direct port from Java include RhinoMocks and the Windsor Container (http://www.castleproject.org/ container/index.html).
It does get interesting when MS releases their own libraries or frameworks. For instance the recent ADO .Net Entity Framework (an ORM) has been highly criticized by what is now known as the NHibernate mafia. You might find it interesting to know about the ALT .Net community (http://altnetpedia.com/OverviewWhatIsIt.ashx). There's a lot of people with a Java background in there.
