On that topic, did you guys know you can buy a completely unlocked G1 phone without a contract and with the ability to run unsigned android kernels? 400 bucks. You can't get an unlocked iPhone for that money. For some weird reason, shipping costs to most non-US countries are ridiculous - 160 dollars extra for shipping to the Netherlands. I imagine there's some sort of tax issue, perhaps.
