Dick left when they made the "dick wall" room. Some things are just better left unbuilt, even if it's for punishing sloppy programming.
Now every Googleplex has one and things are just getting a little out of hand. Needless to say Google employees are afraid to look down now when they pee, because what they see reminds them of the horror of the "dick wall" room. Of course Dick wall cannot tell you about this because he has signed a nondisclosure contract. But just trust me, it's the truth.
