Lol - well I think "intuitive" is never used correctly - but its
consistently incorrect in most literature - I think what people mean
is it is "discoverable"  - a good design makes you feel comfortable to
explore and "discover" how it works, form a mental model, quickly,
without necessarily resorting to a manual.

I wouldn't expect people who haven't had experience in end to end apps
with real angry users to really understand that blog, but over time
they just may, if they have an interest in rounding out their skills
(even if they don't want to deal with user interfaces, at least they
can have some respect for those with more talent to do struggle with
them, and users in general).
