Question is though, would there be a legit (as seen from Sun) use-case
for it to eve have a chance? I think it would be pretty easy to modify
the productions of javac to handle such a new
ElementType.ANNOTATION_BLOCK and have it work for
RetentionPolicy.SOURCE - have no idea about CLASS and RUNTIME as you'd
need to store meta-data as well. That could be more or less irrelevant
for Lombok I suppose.
