Yeah...this is meant as constructive criticism. What is done is done. However, if they will reach out and make efforts to make it easier for the community to be involved, then that will go a long way toward getting me to work on things. This was a good first step. I don't want them to feel that it was a failure. It just needs to be enhanced. They also need to have a community manager of some sort that has a perspective at a higher level than Sun's interests.
