I'd just be happy with 1 good java web framework :)

What is the most Rails like java framework out there? By rails-like I
mean default routing conventions, full stack (default database access
layer), set directory structure, multi-environment (dev, test, prod),
database migration facility, ability to set custom routes, easy
ability to serve xml/json, and simple view templates.

And don't say Grails please, as I might as well just use JRuby on
Rails.... just wondering if there is a good java web framework out
there that is as rails-like as java can get?
