Rather than downloading zips it's probably easier to just set up an update center. Go to the Tools > Plugin manager and in the settings panel, add a new update center -- I named mine "SQE", and the URL I entered is this: http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/sqe/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/build/full-sqe-updatecenter/updates.xml
