You could try the Neoclipse tool, letting you directly manipulate the
graph with Eclipse ZEST as the visual framework,
http://wiki.neo4j.org/content/Neoclipse_Guide . Otherwise, there good
JRuby bindings at http://github.com/andreasronge/neo4j letting you do
stuff like http://peoplemap.ronges.com/people/10 (shaky and not
production ready but has a Flash based visualization, code at
http://github.com/sashaagafonoff/peoplemap)
