That looks like l2fprod and/or SwingLabs components though more than anything I have ever seen in NetBeans. Ribbon interface, Task panes and a proper Property editor. I've made similar rich things using the now dead JSR-296. As such, it doesn't really demonstrate anything particular about the RCP does it?
