Hi,

I am working on a project where it has been decided/recommended to
install and use IBM WebSphere ESB on OS/390 instead of a Unix based
environment. Back-en services is of mainly located in mainframe and
one of the justifications is it minimizes the network hops/traffic.

Has anybody on this list experiences from a setup like that? Pros/cons?
Is anybody aware of an set up like that in a production system?

Thanks,
Mattias
