On the back of Matt Stine's request I'm looking for recommendations (based on personal use) of reliable and reasonably priced NAS drives for a colleague. Nothing fancy - just file sharing under Windows and, possibly, Linux is required. Anything extra is a bonus. I've tried a couple of cheap solutions and they tend not to be reliable, requiring the power to be cycled regularly. I use a Thecus N3200Pro which would do the job but its capabilities and price are far beyond what is required.
