We only started seeming commercials for Android in my country recently. These are done by carriers - though subtle and not really standing out from various other phones or mobile operating systems. Why Google did not go full in with the Nexus One during the break of the US super-Tupperware is beyond me - I can only imagine Google agreed with partners not to do this, or that they are contend with the roll-out speed for now.
