Back to Karsten, as it sounds he misinterpreted my previous post (I have probably explained bad). I think that Adobe's idea of the CS5 which cross-compiles to ObjC is good (generally speaking, I don't know about the final results). I was saying that Apple doesn't need to enforce a technical check (even though it will probably do). The legal thing is enough, because if I was an Adobe customer, I won't however use it to produce software that I already know it's not legal. Apple's move degraded Adobe's tool to those that rely upon jailbreaking.
