I doubt it exists, primarily because there is no user-level access to
the frame-buffer. You got me curious though as to how fast one could
export screenshot bitmaps out of the debug bridge over USB. If you
choose to investigate this, a good starting point might be the
NetBeans Android plugin which wraps this functionality - I seem to
remember you're a NetBeans guy:
