Well, is there any other AS/IDE combination on par with that GlassFish/NetBeans?
Java EE support in Eclipse (WTP) has always been significantly behind the rest 
of the pack
Try the GlassFish tools bundle for Eclipse: 
http://download.java.net/glassfish/eclipse/ (3.5.1-based for the time being, 
waiting for a stable 3.6)
