Actually, > I understand why Apple feels good with Foxconn (Jobs just said that). At Foxconn they thought to solve the suicide problem by issuing an internal rule that prevents people from killing themselves. That is, they banned suicidal people. Banning everywhere, right? Ok, gone off topic; trying to bring the discussion in topic for us developers. Since I'm a lazy guy, do you remember, I don't understand why should I put my business at risk by investing efforts to learn a new technology and produce an application, after accepting all the known rules, and then finding out that Apple can invent an arbitrary rule for killing me. BTW, I don't believe for a single instant that the motivation for the ban is the structure of the application; I'd rather think that the developer was too smart and hit a business idea that Apple might be developing. Once upon a time you could defend yourself from alleged patent infrigements by proving that there was previous art; now, Apple can kill you everytime; period. - -- Fabrizio Giudici - Java Architect, Project Manager Tidalwave s.a.s. - "We make Java work.
