I think the only thing that comes close to that is setting a specific
dpi-device and the scale on the screen.

Apart from that there is nothing obvious as far as I know.

How are you actually observing the difference..

PS: E.g. I have a dialog where a button sometimes does not wrap and
sometimes it does.. in the middle of the word although it is always the
same code doing it all..
