Hi Everyone I addressed this on the latest posse - it should be out now, but the canned version is this.
About a week ago, we received confirmation of what we already knew would be happening - the BoF has been moved into the Mason St tent - the big tent that will be set up between hotels and providing the space for the pavilion booths. There is tons of room in this location, it's over 10,000 square feet, and designed to hold the lions share of attendees for the conference. We believe (still to be confirmed, but we have calls in) that what happened was that the smaller BoF room we were assigned did fill up very quickly, and sold out, and that most likely there is no way to book a session in the Mason St tent. However, don't worry, I am sure that there will be room for anyone to get in that wants to come, and my guess is that you won't have to sign up for anything. I hope to see you there.
