You just need to erase everything under $HOME/.netbeans/6.9 (you might want to backup it, so eventually you can later retrieve some personal settings - be sure not to backup ../var/cache since it's usually large and as the name says it's just a cache). It would restore NetBeans as if it has been just installed. If you run it over ZFS, it's just a matter of creating a snapshot / rollbacking it ;-)
