Couldn't agree more. And it is about patents- reading the legal statement now (its on scribd via dzone) which is just aggravating.
Looks like parts of it would also apply to GWT, only it isn't as big a target, nor distributed in quite the same way I guess?? Anyway, quite upsetting. Those collecting Oracle pay checks should feel a bit upset now and be asking some hard questions.
