As a community, we always think of moral benefits - and to be honest,
we always think to our own benefits, that if Java spreads we have more
chances to find good jobs and being paid. But we aren't neither Oracle
nor Google, and the whole Android thing is clearly not a single money
benefit for Oracle. Indeed, Android is obviously a stronger competitor
than their own JME.

Android is not GPL, and it's precisely Harmony. In any case, when
discussing about patents, don't be rational and don't try to
rationally explain things. Most of them aren't rational by any means.
They are just a weapon for rich corporates. Period.
