Yeah I just read the PDF they posted, and one thing struck me: "Google’s Android competes with Oracle America’s Java as an operating system software platform for cellular telephones and other mobile devices."
If this had been Apple then ok, possibly even if it had been Microsoft but... how is Oracle competing with Google? The practicals of the JME profile vs. the Android profile are decades apart.
