Well if its not a yearly licensing fee then it will be a per unit fee.
And its wont be $1(!!!) as per Sun and J2ME, all Oracle priceses come
attached with a minimum 4-5 zeroes. Their licensing can be easily
stated to be on par or a fraction with low numerator( the one on the
bottom) with the hardware cost that it runs on. If you transfer this
pricing scheme over to Android that equates to $100+ per unit for a
premium product...
