Usually I'm listening the posse in my car; patiently waiting for my car to be "consumed" by the traffic queues (Rereading Brian Goetz's book now). :-)
Logically the podcast should continue where it was when it was cut off. However, when I'm hearing the Smurfs singing instead I know my wife and kids had the car. And because the fast forward is almost real-time, I thought it time for radical measures: slicing the posse ! I'm using mp3splt (http://mp3splt.sourceforge.net/mp3splt_page/home.php) to cut the mp3's in pieces of 10m. There is slight delay when it jumps to next piece, but that's okay. For the linux users amongst us: * sudo apt-get install mp3splt * mp3split -t 10.0 JavaPosse322.mp3 Maybe it's a useful hint for somebody else ?
