Of course this inference is wrong. The fact that there are some black cows doesn't imply that all the cows are black isn't it? As the fact that if (and I say if) Scala is suitable ONLY for programmer above the average, doesn't imply that all the programmers who don't like Scala are below the average. Once again I don't understand the reasons of so many (in my opinion) useless discussions. I agree, like many other here, that Scala is a wonderful language. That doesn't mean it is a golden hammer neither a "pons asinorum". And, even more important, that doesn't mean that who doesn't like Scala is not a good programmer.
