The more things change, the more they stay the same. Just give them a snazzy new phone with a camera and music and maps and whatever and stick a BASIC app on it. If you market it as retro and hacky, so much the better. Maybe sell it with a fix gear bicycle rebate coupon -- they'll eat that shit up :)
