Here's an "iPhone vs Android in the US" breakdown:

http://www.asymco.com/2011/01/11/for-every-att-android-user-there-are-15-iphone-users-what-will-be-the-ratio-at-verizon/

With the iPhone just being announced on Verizon in early February (who
has the most Android users), the iPhone will probably catch up a bit
again, maybe even briefly surpassing Android again (remember: carriers
decide which phones you buy through subsidies and promotion for a
lot / most users). However, AT&T has 15 iPhone users for every
Android user (15 Mio. vs. 1 Mio.), so maybe they'll push Android now
in return.
