Read also Kohsuke's blog, I think it was unavoidable because of
unreconcilable wills by Oracle and the community. Amen. I only hope that
they are able to arrange a way to keep plugins reasonably cross-compatible.
PS I see that many asked why the Apache Software Foundation wasn't chose
in place of the Software Freedom Conservancy (that to me was unknown
until now) - I suppose a mandatory requisite for a project to be under
the ASF umbrella is to have an Apache license, right? And Hudson doesn't.
