Those folks making mobile apps own 50% macs. Or not. I dunno. But you are 
assuming the notion of a bunch of stuffy old managers at some bank or other 
running windows has some bearing on 'accessibility' of coding for mobile 
platforms.


Android has a clear leg up in this space, as you can develop that 
everywhere. But if anything, I'd say apple's "Only on macs" model is going 
to end up hitting a larger audience with the kinds of people that you'd want 
to write apps for your platform that Microsoft's "Only on windows" plan. But 
that's just a guess - without some extensive research, who knows the exact 
market share of those people that are, or might eventually, produce a worthy 
mobile app?
