This happened to me three times since I upgraded to iOS 4 when I had
my iPhone at 90+x% charged and in airplane mode.  It happened twice to
me last week, so before the second time I killed most of my apps
except for one third-party app and some Apple apps.  But couldn't
reproduce it anymore.
